Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Wayout Design ("we", "us") collects when you use wayoutdesigns.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a design, photography, print and film studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

What we collect, and why

When you send us an enquiry

The Start a Project forms (General Project Intake and Logo Questionnaire) ask for your name, company, role, email, mobile number, location, and details about the work you want done, along with any files you choose to upload. We collect this so we can understand the brief and reply to you. Submissions are stored in our website's private admin area and are seen only by studio staff.

When you order Signature Series business cards

To fulfil an order we collect your contact details, the details to be printed on the card, any files you upload (logo, brand guidelines, an existing card), billing details including a GST or tax number if you give one, and a shipping address. Payment is taken by Razorpay; we receive a payment reference and the amount paid, never your full card number. Order records are kept so we can produce, dispatch, support and, where asked, reprint your cards.

When you contact us directly

If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the work we are doing for you.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location, and, in Clarity's case, anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. These tools set cookies. They do not identify you by name. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or a tracking blocker, and the site will still work.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
• We do not use your uploaded files or your project details in our portfolio without your written permission.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the studio: our web host (Hostinger), our payment provider (Razorpay), our email provider, courier companies for physical deliveries, and vetted print partners who receive only the artwork and quantities needed to produce a job. Each receives the minimum needed to do its part. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, so a project that pauses can restart without starting over. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which we set to the shortest useful period.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. You can withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time. Write to hello@wayoutdesigns.com and we will respond within 30 days.

International customers

If you are outside India, your data is transferred to and stored in India, where our studio and hosting operate. By using the site you consent to that transfer. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you also have the rights that law gives you, and the same email address is the way to exercise them.

Security

Uploaded files are stored under randomised names in a folder that cannot execute scripts, form submissions are protected against forgery, and admin access is limited to studio staff with individual logins. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
