At Wayout Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom printed products and design services to your doorstep efficiently and securely. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy below:


📦 Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard production time varies between 5–7 working days or more based on the type and quantity of product ordered.

  • Shipping timelines are in addition to production timelines and vary by location.

Shipping Methods:

  • Products are shipped via reliable courier partners like One.delhivery DTDC, BlueDart, India Post, or local logistics based on your pin code.

  • Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

  • Transportation charges are extra and are calculated based on the product size, weight, and destination.

  • Charges will be communicated at the time of final billing or quoted separately if required.

In-Store Pickup:

  • We do not currently offer in-store pickup as our services are fully digital with doorstep delivery.

Delivery Issues:

  • Wayout Design is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution.


🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

No Returns Policy:

  • As all products are customized and made to order, we follow a strict No Returns policy.

Replacements:

Replacements will only be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Product received is physically damaged or defective.

  • Delivered item is incorrect or does not match the final approved design/artwork.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at admin@wayoutdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item received.

Upon verification, we will initiate a reprint and send the corrected product without any additional cost.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Original product must be unused.

  • Packaging should be retained until claim is verified.

  • Wayout Design reserves the right to reject claims if the defect is due to customer-provided files or mishandling post-delivery.


📝 Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded due to the personalized nature of the products.

  • Any changes requested post-approval of artwork will not be accepted.
