These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with Wayout Design, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below:
🛒 1. Orders & Payments
All custom printing and graphic design work requires 100% advance payment.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved third-party gateways.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the custom nature of the work.
🎨 2. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, logos, and content.
If Wayout Design is creating the design, final approval will be taken before printing.
We are not responsible for any errors (spelling, grammar, color tones, etc.) once the design is approved by the client.
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery or transportation charges are extra and will be communicated at the time of billing.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays in courier or logistics are not under our control.
🌐 4. Website, Domain & Hosting
Website, domain, and hosting charges are included for 1 year only.
Post one year, charges may be revised upward by 15% to 30% depending on registrar and hosting provider rates.
Hosting is provided on shared servers; hosting itself cannot be transferred. We will provide a WordPress backup if transfer is requested.
🔐 5. Transfer of Online Assets
Any transfer of logins including:
Website admin access
Domain panel credentials
Social media pages
will incur transfer charges of ₹5,100 + GST. This includes secure documentation and account migration support.
🕐 6. Working Hours
Our official working hours are:
Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Excluding Public Holidays)Requests or responses outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.
📦 7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not applicable once an order has been printed or approved for printing.
In case of defects or errors on our part, we will offer replacements after verification.
⚖️ 8. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
